In adult psychotherapy I focus on the treatment of psychological and emotional problems.

I offer an integrative vision of the therapeutic process, considering emotional problems from the transdiagnostic theory, through third-generation therapies, enriching psychology with Art therapy tools and techniques from humanistic therapies.

The therapeutic work that I offer revolves around short, medium and long term goals. In the short term, the goal is to reduce your suffering as soon as possible. In the medium term we seek you to acquire tools that help you face and overcome situations related to your problem.

In the long term, a third phase of the therapeutic process, the goal is that your experiences, both negative and positive, serve as learning and become strengths to improve your overall well-being.
